TPG Huawei HG659 Firmware Update needed

Hi,

My TPG HG659 modem is quite old now and I am getting lots of issues related to wifi dropouts and internet dropouts.

The firmware version is V100R001C216B013, which looks very old compared to what I see others have in this community.

Would you please arrange for my firmware to be updated?

That's the latest firmware for the Huawei modem/router.

That is strange .... there are other posts with version V100R001C216B111 that get updated ... but the current version is V100R001C216B013? Version numbers usually increase not decrease.

V100R001C216B013  - You are saying that this is up-to-date

V100R001C216B111 - However on here it says that this is not up-to-date

The version of your firmware is the latest one for the TPG provided modem/router under the TPG FTTB service.

The other version is for the NBN service.
