TPG connection user name and password

Hi

I've bought a new router for my NBN and during the setup process I'm being asked for the username and password for the internet connection (PPPoE). I have tried to ring Tech Support for some guidance, but had no luck after an hour wait over the phone. 

Can someone please advise where can I find the connection username and password?  Your guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @BobC01 . The username and password is the one you use to login to My Account and Post Office.

Is the old router still working? You can get the details from it, including password.

You also need the VLAN ID setting, whether enabled or disabled.
