Tp Link VR2100 FTTC connection issue

Trying to setup TP LINK VR2100 for FTTC conncection. No internet sugnal and tried mutiple phone support to TPG who says its my modems problem VDSL2 is the protocol.

Can anyone assist on what I'm doing wrong!

Are you under the NBN Bundled with VoIP plan or NBN Data only plan?

If bundled with VoIP, you need to configure your modem/router with VLAN ID 2.

If Data only, then no need to configure the VLAN ID.

Also, you may need to set the modem/router as a router only since you have an NBN NCD box.
