Tpg 5g modem return

Im returning my 5g modem and was wondering if i have to print this and sign it and put it inside the box with the modem?
Or
Do i just only send the modem, cables like as i first recieved?

Is this the return slip? Just want to confirm what needs to be in the box before i send it thanks

The information on how to return will be sent via email, you will have the option to choose papeless or print label.

• Pack the device the returning device.
• Take it to the nearest drop off location.
• Scan the barcode that you receive in the email after going through Australia Post link (or print the label if you selected that option).
