Unable to add port forwarding 5866T

Hi

I have been having issues attempting to add port forwarding to my router.

When I enter all the details I get a "Operation could not compelete, something went wrong".

I have done some research and I have a feeling there may be a bug in the firmware. Especially due to the fact my network is not running the stock 192.168.1.1 (rather 192.168.0.1).

I have also tried factory resetting but the issue still occurs.

My router firmware is SGJy10021E is there a new version or a fix for this?

Hi @trentten . Port forwarding won't work on 5G wireless broadband because CG-NAT is used on your connection. You can't connect into your home network from the internet.

There are threads in Community on port forwarding for cabled connections.

If you want, you can attach a screenshot showing what you are entering.
