Unable to change wifi channels on Sagecom Fast 5866T modem dashboard

Hello again

 

Hi 

 

I've been unable to change wifi channels on Sagecom Fast 5866T modem dashboard. On my first day on 5G I stepped into the dashboard and all my devices appeared on the Sagecom Access Control inside the dashboard. But I have not been able to do that since. Did I do something wrong? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Are you still able to access the Sagecom Fast 5866T's User Interface? Or only the Wireless Settings is not showing on the modem's page?

Try to isolate 1 connected device to the modem/router and access the modem GUI to see if Wireless Settings is available.
