Unable to install AC1200

Recieved a new AC1200 Router. Tried connecting it few times but no luck. Everytime I connect the router it displays a message that your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured and then nothing happens for couple of hours. I have reset the router and restarted my laptop but still doesn’t connect. I have checked similar post and followed the instructions but no success. Please assist in resolving this issue.

We've managed to locate your account and tested the line.

It shows that the router is not communicating to the NBN server due to incorrect configuration.

 

We've created an article that will guide you on How to set up TP-LINK C1200 modem for Windows 10. (Even though you don't have a Win 10 computer, you may use the article as a guide)
