Hi, I have a vr1600v v1 since the day I switched over to NBN around 2016 (8 yrs old). It has since turn yellowish for a few years now but I kept persisted on it as it was still working. Lately I was experiencing some intermittent disnonnections and wasn't too sure if it was TPG or the modem is finally wearing out.

 

Could someone please help me with updating the modem?

Had the new modem connected. Internet is working but the landline is not. Had called tech support yesterday  and was told they need to registered the new modem first and asked me to wait till end of day and it should all be working. Just check today and the phone is still not working (phone light on the modem is still off).

 

Tried calling again today and was on hold for more than 10 mins before I hung up because I'm on a very limited and expensive prepaid mobile phone call. There's is no option to have them call me back this time.

 

Kate_ can you help me again or get them to call me back on my mobile number? Thanks.
