Hi, I have a vr1600v v1 since the day I switched over to NBN around 2016 (8 yrs old). It has since turn yellowish for a few years now but I kept persisted on it as it was still working. Lately I was experiencing some intermittent disnonnections and wasn't too sure if it was TPG or the modem is finally wearing out.
Could someone please help me with updating the modem?
Note: I've sent a private message to a moderator couple of days ago but still waiting on an answer.
