Hello,
I'd like to upgrade my modem as my IT team informed me that it's quite old, and is causing video call dropouts and slow speeds. I am on FTTB. My current modem is Model Archer VR1600v provided by TP Link. It was installed in February 2019. I was otherwise considering switching providers. Could you advise how should I get a newer modem to fix these service issues?
