Hi @tdimarchos ,

I suggest to a high-end vdsl modem/router compatible with NBN service and we will provide you the required settings to access the internet.

Note: VoIP service will only work using our supplied modem/router.

Regards,

@Hi @Shane,

I was after more specific information such as what brand of device/model can be used to replace the TP-link unit.

Hi @tdimarchos

We do not recommend any specific brand or model of a modem/router. The most important thing to consider is that it should be NBN technology-ready and should be a VDSL modem/router.

There are indeed different model/brand in the market with different pricing and other features that you may or may not benefit from, so it is best to consult the people from the store you are getting the equipment from.

Cheers!
