Get online support
Finally, my NBN was connected last Friday. But ever since then the network drops out every few hours.
This router seems to have big issues. When the connection is down. Sometimes the 5G channel is off, I can not find the SSID, but the 2G channel still shows in the wifi list, it just I couldn't connect to it from any devices. Sometimes both channels are down. And in some cases, all the lights on the router are off.
A restart can solve this issue, there were a few times I had to restart twice to get it to work. It's really annoying, I have to restart the router multiple times every day. Can I request another router with a different brand?
