Hi,

My internet seems not stable and need to restart the modem every few days. Is it firmware related issue? If it is, how to update firmware?

Firmware Version:1.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200826 Rel.77218n

Your device currently has the latest firmware available.

 

We'd like to check your service and see if there's any fault within the network that causes the dropouts.
