Get online support
The wi fi of my VR1600v dropouts every now and then. Can't tell how frequent but it is often enough to be annoyed. Want to know whether a firmware update will help or whether it can be replaced.

Since it is a WiFi connection, the signal is prone to interference in which affects the service.
You may need to check this link for some tips and steps on improving your WiFi connection at home.
Also, make sure that the modem is far from the appliances which can affect the signal. For example; Speakers, microwave, etc.
