Good morning, I have been waiting a week for wifi after my NBN connector box failed after a storm. After many hours on hold to tpg, I explained that my NBN modem connection box had failed, and I was advised to pay $10 delivery for new device. Due to all the public holidays, it has taken a week to arrive, and it turns out I was sent a ROUTER not NBN connection box. I believe that I can't just purchase a device but have to wait for tpg to provide an nbn box.
When I requested complimentary data to get us through this period, I was put on a never ending hold again ...
Feeling lost and frustrated.
