Hi. I just recently switched to TPG and I'm trying to set up a new Chromecast with Google TV. I can't get the Wifi to connect. Is this likely a black spot issue which requires a WiFi extender? Thanks
Hi @paularusso . Are you using the router from your previous provider or the TPG supplied one?
If the new one, the wifi names and passwords are different. Did your other wifi devices connect ok?
How far is the TV from the router?
You can use your phone to check the signal strengths between both routers. Does your phone show both networks?
