Wifi not working

Internet coming to TV, and able to stream, but no wifi available for phone or laptop. ‘Status’ says we have no connection. What can I do?

This usually happens when the modem or router is left on for more than a week. Try to turn off the modem for 3 minutes and let us know how it goes.

Hi @lindamartin28b . What model wifi router do you have?

What wifi band does the TV connect to?  2.4GHz or 5GHz?

Which band are you trying to connect with the phone and laptop?
