As per the title, i am getting this error message every time I try to connect to WiFi.

To make matters worse, I can't connect to the modem page in order to check my settings - when I type in the IP it just freezes.

I have FTTN, and followed the setup instructions given. I have a green internet light - however then my phone tells me to "sign in", bringing me to the error message in the title of this post.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated, as the support numbers do not operate over the weekend.

That worked, thank you. A little frustrating as it defeats the purpose of a pre configured modem - but it's working now anyways! Thanks.
