delayed delivery of NCD

Dear All,
I subscribed to TPG on 3rd of March ..I was promised to get internet no later than 3 days because i live in Brisbane which is a metropolitian area. Couple of days after i got my modem but not NBN CONNECTING DEVICE. After that i called multiple times but haven't received my device yet. I could not find any proper answer from the customer service why my device was not delivered.

For new services, we recommend customers to check first if their service has been installed and activated.

 

We have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation

 

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.

 

If you have received this email and the service is still not working, we recommend to check if the equipment is properly set up and we have created setup guides for all technologies that TPG use : New Connection Setup Help

 

In your case, we have coordinate the matter with our Provisioning Team and they have organised the delivery of the Network Connection  Device.

 

Once you receive the equipment, you may refer to the connection set up article above.
