I connected NCD(received yesterday) and connected it with the modem as instructed in FTTC setup guide. I waited whole night but only 3 out of 4 lights (LAN light is not flashing) and i donot have internet access. I have been send a message from TPG to connect my modem to use internet. I just received my NCD and modem. I tried connecting it as per the instruction FTTC SETUP video and waited 2 hours now. 3 blue lights are flashing but not the LAN light. Dear All, I subscribed to TPG on 3rd of March ..I was promised to get internet no later than 3 days because i live in Brisbane which is a metropolitian area. Couple of days after i got my modem but not NBN CONNECTING DEVICE. After that i called multiple times but haven't received my device yet.
