I just received my NCD and modem. I tried connecting it as per the instruction FTTC SETUP video and waited 2 hours now. 3 blue lights are flashing but not the LAN light. I have checked the connection and seems alright. I have also got the message from TPG asking me to switch on the modem for setup. Please help.
