higher performing WIFI Router than the supplied VR1600 for HFC

Hi I'm looking for a higher performing WIFI Router than the supplied VR1600, need some thing that will work with HFC ideally need 600/1300 or higher, any suggestions ?

We have customers who were successful in using their own equipments with the NBN HFC technology. Please bear in mind that the homephone service will only work with a TPG-supplied modem.

Hi Thanks for that, the router I'm been lookng at the Asus RT-AC3100

Will that be ok to use with HFC ? I really don't want all the hassle of having to return it if it can't be set up with TPG. I did try to set up a Asus AC68U but that was not compatable.

We haven't had the chance to assist a customer with an Asus DSL-AC3100 modem so we can't confirm if this will work with the HFC technology or not. There's no specific details as well shown on the ASUS' website as to the modem's compatibility with NBN HFC.

We suggest that you contact ASUS first and confirm it with them before purchasing the equipment.
