i was just wondering when the techicians will come and install the modem for us because they were suppose to come and install the modem for us on the 3/2/21 which already passed but they didn't even install the modem for us at all.

We understand that you've been in touch with our NBN service delivery team and was advised that the installation was held.
This is due to the an NBN Co Core Network Shortfall, a new lead in cable via conduit will need to be installed from the network boundary point to the property entry point.
Further updates with the order will be given by your case manager as soon as it becomes available.
