My modem just switched off on it's own. It came on and then switched off a couple more times. I left it for a few minutes and then tried to switch it on but it didn't come on. I left it for about half an hour as I noticed that it does get really warm and thought this might be the issue. I figure I need to get a new one but I can't find anything on the TPG site that tells me where I can purchase a new one. I know I probably sound dopey but where can I buy one? Do I have to get one through TPG so that the network matches up? Any information is very much appreciated.
