Our internet is dropping out every few minutes or every half hour all day. This has been happening for the last week or so. Also the Voip phone keeps dropping out for hours at a time. My modem just switched off on it's own. It came on and then switched off a couple more times. I left it for a few minutes and then tried to switch it on but it didn't come on. I left it for about half an hour as I noticed that it does get really warm and thought this might be the issue. I figure I need to get a new one but I can't find anything on the TPG site that tells me where I can purchase a new one. I know I probably sound dopey but where can I buy one? I was sent an email telling me I need to update my credit card details. I clicked on the link which took me to my account page. I clicked on update details and filled them in. A message then comes up telling me that I can't update my details and need to phone TPG, but I still had the $1 taken out of my account. Why is there an update details page there if I can't use it?
