My modem just switched off on it's own. It came on and then switched off a couple more times. I left it for a few minutes and then tried to switch it on but it didn't come on. I left it for about half an hour as I noticed that it does get really warm and thought this might be the issue. I figure I need to get a new one but I can't find anything on the TPG site that tells me where I can purchase a new one. I know I probably sound dopey but where can I buy one? I was sent an email telling me I need to update my credit card details. I clicked on the link which took me to my account page. I clicked on update details and filled them in. A message then comes up telling me that I can't update my details and need to phone TPG, but I still had the $1 taken out of my account. Why is there an update details page there if I can't use it?
