my firmware is really old, when do i get an update

i have an old firmware when do i get an update, mine is Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 220518 Rel.32480n  everyone who has this should get an update automaticly but i think that would be too hard for TPG to do, i have had so much trouble getting help from them it is really hard

The firmware of your modem/router is the latest one available.

The firmware was applied automatically, but it is by batch due to the number of customers we have.
