I have received the NBN activation message and have the modem set up, but when I switch from the ADSL modem to the NBN one it cannot find a DSL signal. When I check the NBN status it keep schanging between yes active and no not connected. Please check what is happening. I have replugged back into the ADSL one to keep the one worker and three students going.
