my mum got this new internet from tpg and its supposed to give us fast internet and stuff. it works amazing on phones and stuff but when it comes to my xbox the internet is horrible. im on 160 ms latency and my ping on most games is 300 i just want to play online with no troubles.

Is the Xbox connected via WiFi or Wired connection?

Have you tried opening some ports for your games?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Hi @faz1 ,

To better understand the situation, could you run a ping test using the XBOX and another ping test using a desktop or laptop connected via LAN and post the result here for reference?
