I've been with TPG since 2011 and have recently experienced slowed internet speeds and sometimes dropouts probably due to multiple wireless devices connected at once. I'm considering moving to an alternate ISP as their modem and technology look better and will be able to handle MIMO. Before I do that, can TPG offer me an upgrade to my existing modem?
