no NBN Network Connection Box / Arris CM8200 at the new place

recently moved to a new place, there's nbn connection available (NBN Hybrid Fibre Coaxial) and have done the "move home" service which is still in progress.

 

but we just realize that we don't have the nbn connection box, the black Arris device. could TPG send us one? this is our account detail

 

also want to confirm, does this Arris device belongs to nbn not the owner / tenant? for example, when tenant or owner moves or sold the property, they cannot take that device away, is that correct?

if TPG is posting the device to us, please send the device to a different address instead, i am not sure if it's good to put the address here.

 

TPG is sending us a new modem, so please send it to the same address as this:

"Your equipment order number 3818381 has been dispatched by StarTrack."

Based on your address, it is registered under the service class 24. The NBN Arris NTD box should already be available. If you are not able to locate the NTD box, then will report this to our NBN service delivery team.

- You're correct. The NBN NTD box is registered only for the address where it was installed.

 

A case manager will be in touch with you to discuss the case further as there's a possibility that an NBN technician will be requested to install the NBN NTD box.

yes that's right, we cannot find any Arris device

i believe a lot of people don't know, when they pack and move, they take that device with them.
