I reported my internet issue 5 days ago. All I have is the online support team which base in phliipine now told me already escalated my issue, ask me to want to engineer call back.
But no one contact me , I need a new NBN BOX.
As a customer I understand the virus situation. but as a big company where is your service at all????
Totally disappointed, If still no one can help me out. I really like to terminated the contract with tpg.
