No Authentication

Hi Just a query that when i created direct connection (bridge connection)from NTD to my laptop getting error connection failed 651 or some time 691. As called tech support they advised that loopback testing is passed and showing NTD is online and even though can detect mac address of NTD. Could you please help me how to get ridoff from this no authentication issue. Even connected with modem WAN is sloid but internet light is red.

In order for the setup that you've tried to work, you need to make sure that the NBN technology that you are using is FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) as it won't work on other technology, unless your computer can setup a VLAN ID.

For the device to authenticate, it requires the correct TPG username and password.
