no NBN Internet connection
It still not working since last night. And I already checked the payment. I’ve paid money for the Internet.
I hope to fix this problem as soon as possible.

You were affected by an NBN network outage, which is being investigated by NBN Co.'s field technicians today. We can detect that the service is already working and hope that they've finally resolved the issue.
