I had one of your techs visit my home today and confirmed that my internet issue was caused by faulty modem. We've been living without internet since new year. Can I have a replacement of modem asap? Thanks

I can see that you have been in contact with one our Technicians. I can see that you opted to get your own modem, however it was not compatible with NBN. Let us know once you changed the modem/router with the compatible model and should you require further assistance.
