My internet speed as terrible so I hit the reset button. Now I cannot log onto the wifi!

Hi Sharplike1969,

When you reset your modem it has gone back to the original factory settings. 

You need to re-configure your modem with the WIFI network name and Password you were previously using.

On the back of your modem it should have an IP address to login into the modem to make the changes, I have attached a link that may help.
