Hi, I had slow internet, was advised by online chat to reset modem which i did. I cannot reconnect as it keeps saying wrong password. I think I need to reset my password after a modem reset but cannot find out how / where to reset. TPG online chat says its too busy to take messages, have been on hold for 2.5hrs with no reply on phone . Can anyone advise please ?
