I have cancelled my plan over the phone but received no email instructions to return the modem with the e-canote. I need the email sent asap with the e-canote and details for return of the modem. my plan has been cancelled and i do not plan on getting charged when i have already cancelled the plan. pls sort this out and get in touch with me asap.
