Get online support

trying to get through to Tech Support, no one is responding, third time trying via chat online

guys have just switched over to NBN. not the best experience so far. I have tried to get some one to respond to me via online chat now and have given up after the 3rd time trying. will someone please call me back asap as I am pretty much miffed about the fact that this is slower than what I had before.

ok so have checked off and done everything you have suggested.  still ridiculously slow

can someone please call me so that we can work through this issue please

What speed were you getting on the speedtest?

Are you connecting via Ethernet or WiFi?
