upgrade from nbn50 to 100 no change in speed

It would appear the plan has been changed as I have received an email and it reflects on my tpg account, however speeds are capping out at the NBN50 speeds as they have been the entire time.

 

how long should i wait to see the new speeds that have been allowed through my plan upgrade?

Hi @Harleyw,

 

The plan change usually takes 6 to 24hrs. We'd like to confirm if the speed of the service has not yet improved, if so, send me your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file and we'll proceed with the initial investigation.
