Thanks for raising this to us. We'd love to help see what causing slow upload speed on the service. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it shows no matching records.
To better understand the situation, send us your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file.

I am currently on the NBN50 Plan and my upload speed is 0.9 Mbps, my usual upload is >15Mbps, i spoke with a tech from tpg who advised it’s being looked into. Does anyone know how long this takes to fix and reasons why? I thought TPG would respond faster to these issues.
