Hi,

 

Currently experiencing an outage at my address - no NBN faults or network issues flagged.  Can you please check the status of my service?

Thanks for raising this with us.

We've checked the account and did not detect any fault within the NBN network.

The modem/router shows that it is already online as well. Please check your service and let us know if you need further assistance.
