4 days with No internet connection is affecting my work

Can someone please tell me what is going on with my internet connection? I havent been connected since tuesday when someone broke the lines at the construction site nextdoor. Not having the internet connected is seriously affecting my work.

I have checked your NBN-FTTN 50/20 service and i can see it has been up and authenticated for 1 hour now.

 

Can you recheck the browsing is working.

If u cant tether via wifi, try with a network cable to a device first.
