Four weeks since relocation and still no connection and horrendous customer service to add up and getting charged for it. Getting tansferred from department to department after waiting for hours and having to explain the problem to them each time. Everytime being promised to have connection sorted and getting follow up calls. Never get any follow up calls and everything get lost in translation. Worst service ever and I have not been refunded still for money TPG charged me for not proving any service but to the contrary wasting hours of my life in their useless customer service.
