8180 Cable Error

Level 2

We have had our NBN for over 2 years with no issues, but for some reason since Thursday our internet hasnt been working, it keeps resorting to the 5G, and when I try to use the normal one it goes to a Huawei page and gives me this error. I have turned on and off multiple times and have also made sure all connections are inserted properly. Nothing has changed, so I dont know why all of a sudden it isnt working.
