Get online support

ADSL failed. New NBN Bundle Worked 5 minutes then failed. As of 13-5-20 TPG Down 8 weeks now.

It worked for 1/2 an hour.   Soon 4 weeks with TPG taking money from me and NOT delivering. 3 weeks no tech support to get my DSL fixed.

 

I tried to cancel TPG. They ignored my messages.

 

I paid for NBN. It doesnt work. The support phone numbers dont answer. The support chat boxes are always too busy.

 

If you are reading this think twice about TPG.  PATHETIC.

Thank you for your efforts. Please escalate to your senior management.

 

TPG are breaking Australian Consumer Law by providing a product that does not work. It appears knowingly by other peoples stories.

 

TPG have taken money from my account when my DSL was faulty even AFTER I sent an email cancelling TPGs authority to debit.

 

If my NBN is not working by end of today I will have to make complaints to all relevant authorities about TPG. And publish my experience on productreview.com.au, facebook, whirlpool and every other forum to warn other consumers.  

 

Please escalate to your senior managers.  Thanks.

We understand NBN black box(ARRIS BOX) is faulty, and we need to restart often to start working,
This box is not TPG product; this is an NBN product(Partly own by Government). We already emailed NBN. regarding the replacement of NBN box
waiting for their reply

The TPG NBN Bundle is faulty STILL.

 

Your technician attended yesterday 29-4-20.

 

He did not replace the Arris modem that was said to be faulty above.

 

he said the NBN signal at our outlet inside house was low and fluctuating but he could not find how it was cabled to the NBN cable outside!?  True. There is no junction box and no conduit and no cable visible.

 

The TPG NBN bundle I am being billed for is STILL faulty.

 

PLEASE DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISED AND FIX IT  PROPERLY!!!
