I can see your NBN-FTTC 100/40 install is progressing.
You need to do some of the install yourself.
You will need to UNPLUG ALL exisitng phones/modems, and setup the new NCD + MODEM to the socket where the previous internet worked, if known.
Pay attention to the 4x blue lights on the NCD once completed.
If you still can not get at least 2x solid blue lights, let us know and we will need to raise a fault ticket.

I have escalated this on to our activations teams and someone will call you back ASAP with 24hrs to help resolved it.
It sounds like it will be an NBN issue and may need to arrange an NBN tech to come to your premises if we cant resolve it remotely.
