Hi, it's been almost 3 weeks and we still don't have internet?
I have tried chat support but the message to try again later keeps appearing. Very frustrated!!
Like most, we are working from home and rely heavily on this service.
We have NBN, have modem, just waiting for activation.
Can you please advise when?? If it's not on soon we will have to cancel and go elsewhere.

My apologies if you are not able to reach our support people.
There has been few delays on NBN installs. The fact you had received the NBN box and TPG modem does not indicate the service is ready to use as that is part of 2 different process.
We will update when the service is ready as still waiting for NBN completed
