Hi, it's been almost 3 weeks and we still don't have internet? I have tried chat support but the message to try again later keeps appearing. Very frustrated!! Like most, we are working from home and rely heavily on this service.   We have NBN, have modem, just waiting for activation.  Can you please advise when??
