Activation

Hi Tpg,

I got the text about a day again saying it is awaiting activation and I have modem setup but the internet light is still not lighting up.

Is the activation awaiting something on tog end or is it something on my end?

Hey @zhenliu108 ,

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I just ran an initial test to the service it shows it has been activated and connected. Let us know should you require further assistance.
